Cross Country Running

Our cross-country team produced some splendid performances at the Ribble-Valley championships. Particularly impressive were outstanding places by S .Jackson [7th ] ,and E. Jackson [9th ] In the girls' race C. Dewhurst finished 9th and B. Ferguson 13th.Creditable 3rd positions were gained overall by both the boys' and girls' teams.

Our runner of the championships was H. Procter who finished a stunning second in the girls' race.

Our boys finished as runners up .and the girls in fourth place to make us third school overall.

G. Banks ran a sensational race to win the boys championship. L. Nerenberg was an equally impressive runner up in the girls’ race.
